At Intuit I was responsible for a new product offering and had to define the requirements, and develop use cases based upon an understanding of the ecosystem and customer pain. This presentation is a high level summary for various stakeholders.
As a consultant to Pendo, I created this presentation and delivered it around the country to audiences of Product Marketers and Product Managers. Focused on the concepts of achieving Product Market Fit, which starts with the gathering of data through a deep understanding of the customer (their pain and jobs to be done) that is only achieved thru observation, and through 5 Why questioning, and then progresses through value proposition and solution concepts.
This was a Presentation to a client on what is required for a successful GTM, based on the Pragmatic Framework.
As a mentor participant in the UNCW Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, I created this presentation to train other mentors on concepts related to market, focus, business, and planning.
