Redifon, UK. Design Engineer. Developed the missile weapons system simulation as part of a flight simulator for the Royal Navy Phantom F4k. Designed the hardware used to simulate an aircraft landing on an aircraft carrier at sea for the Royal Navy.

2Order.com (acquired by Primus). Director of Software Development, information technology, data center, quality assurance and training groups. Startup company developed Sales Order Management, CRM and Sales Force Automation solutions. Also managed strategic relationships with major third party partners. Provided consulting services and product training services to the pre / post sales consultant teams.
Greenmachine. VP Information Technology. Managed complex information technology projects for clients and due diligence for VC investors. Advised clients on technology issues and direction. Designed and managed data center to host client applications.
Rose Business Solutions. Practice Manager, Application Delivery and Support. P&L manager managing team of project managers and consultants responsible for the delivery and implementation of ERP/CRM solutions and business Intelligence solutions for business clients in on-site and hosted (SaaS) environments.
ByVideo. Director of Engineering, Manufacturing, Service and Support. Hired by Silicon Valley entrepreneur Nolan Bushnell to join his startup and lead the effort to develop the first interactive laser disk based operating system.
Cydrome. Director of Information technology, customer service, training, operations data center, engineering services and documentation teams. Startup developing a UNIX based super computer. Environments supported included supercomputer, UNIX, CAD systems, workstation and PCs. Created a PC based MRP system to support manufacturing custom configurations of a supercomputer.
